1.3. Sole Responsibility Statement: This Master Declaration of Conformity is issued under the absolute and sole responsibility of WAWLYN Ecosystem. We hereby declare, warrant, and certify that the manufacturing processes, quality assurance frameworks, and finalized hardware products designated below meet all mandatory regulatory requirements for CE marking as stipulated by the European Commission and relevant harmonized legislation.

2.1. This declaration applies universally to the following WAWLYN hardware product lines placed on the EEA market:

• ● Smart Watches: Worbix (SKU prefix: WX), Wryny (SKU prefix: WY) - incorporating Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 4, and biometric optical sensors.
• ● Smart Rings: WAWLYN Ring Series (SKU prefix: WR) - incorporating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and NFC modules.
• ● Tablets & Computing: Wyn Pad (SKU prefix: WP) - incorporating dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular LTE/5G modems.
• ● Audio Ecosystem: Wypods (TWS Earphones, SKU prefix: WPOD), Wynqo (Wireless Speakers, SKU prefix: WNQ).
• ● Power & Accessories: WAWLYN Power Banks and proprietary fast-charging peripherals.

2.2. Traceability: Each individual device is laser-etched with a unique serial number and MAC address, allowing full traceability back to the specific manufacturing batch, assembly line, and associated quality control testing reports.

3.1. Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU: Ensuring protection of health and safety (Art 3.1a), adequate electromagnetic compatibility (Art 3.1b), and efficient use of the radio spectrum (Art 3.2).

3.2. Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014/35/EU: Regulating electrical equipment operating within 50-1000 V AC and 75-1500 V DC, ensuring absolute protection against electrical shock and thermal hazards during charging.

3.3. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU: Ensuring products do not generate, nor are they affected by, electromagnetic disturbance in residential and commercial environments.

3.4. RoHS 3 Directive 2011/65/EU & (EU) 2015/863: Strict restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

3.5. REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006: Concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. We declare that no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) > 0.1% w/w are present in our supply chain.

4.1. Health & Safety (LVD/RED): EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020 (Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment - Safety requirements); EN 50566:2017; EN 62209-2:2010+A1:2019 (SAR evaluation for body-worn devices); EN 62479:2010.

4.2. EMC: ETSI EN 301 489-1 V2.2.3; ETSI EN 301 489-3 V2.1.1; ETSI EN 301 489-17 V3.2.4; EN 55032:2015+A11:2020 (Class B Emissions); EN 55035:2017+A11:2020 (Immunity).

4.3. Radio Spectrum Efficiency: ETSI EN 300 328 V2.2.2 (for 2.4GHz ISM band devices including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi); ETSI EN 301 893 V2.1.1 (for 5GHz RLAN devices); ETSI EN 303 413 V1.2.1 (for GNSS receivers).

4.4. Environment: EN IEC 63000:2018 (Technical documentation for the assessment of electrical and electronic products with respect to the restriction of hazardous substances).

5.1. Notified Body Involvement: Where required by Annex III of the RED, conformity assessment procedures have been executed in conjunction with accredited EU Notified Bodies (e.g., TÜV SÜD or SGS).

5.2. Technical Construction File (TCF): The comprehensive TCF, including full schematic diagrams, Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), source code architecture summaries, risk assessments, and certified laboratory test reports, is maintained at WAWLYN global headquarters. It shall be made available to national authorities upon legally valid request to admin@wawlyn.com.

5.3. Retention: Documentation is retained for a mandatory period of ten (10) years following the placing of the last unit on the market.

5.4. STRICT LIMITATION OF CONFORMITY: This declaration applies solely to the device as manufactured, sealed, and supplied by WAWLYN. Conformity is immediately and permanently voided if the user modifies the hardware, flashes unauthorized baseband or operating system firmware, or utilizes non-compliant third-party charging accessories that induce electrical anomalies, thermal events, or RF emission alterations.
