Document Reference: WAW-FCC-TELECOM-2026-ULTIMATE
Effective Date: May 22, 2026
Regulatory Scope: USA (FCC), Canada (ISED)
Official Contact: admin@wawlyn.com
1. UNCONDITIONAL FCC PART 15 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

1.1. Regulatory Governance: This legal document governs the utilization of all WAWLYN devices containing Radio Frequency (RF) transmitters (including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Cellular modems). All WAWLYN devices comply unconditionally with Part 15 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules.

1.2. Conditions of Operation: Continued operation is strictly predicated upon the following two conditions:

  • ● The device may not cause harmful interference to other licensed communications.
  • ● The device must accept any and all interference received, including electromagnetic interference that may induce undesired operation or degraded performance.
2. FCC PART 15.105 (CLASS B DIGITAL DEVICE) DECLARATION

2.1. Laboratory Verification: WAWLYN equipment has been rigorously laboratory tested and mathematically verified to comply with the stringent limits established for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These parameters provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential environments.

2.2. Interference Disclaimer: This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, WAWLYN does not legally guarantee that interference will not occur in anomalous or heavily saturated RF installations. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by reorienting the receiving antenna or increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.

3. VOIDING OF WARRANTY AND AUTHORIZATION (PART 15.21)

3.1. STRICT PROHIBITION ON MODIFICATIONS: Any modifications, reverse-engineering of antenna arrays, or flashing of unauthorized baseband firmware to alter RF transmission power (EIRP) that are not expressly approved in writing by WAWLYN's regulatory compliance office (admin@wawlyn.com) will IMMEDIATELY VOID the user's legal authority to operate the equipment under federal law.

3.2. Liability Consequence: Unauthorized modifications will simultaneously void all manufacturer warranties and liability protections, transferring all legal liability for FCC fines or spectrum violations directly to the user.

4. SPECIFIC ABSORPTION RATE (SAR) & OET BULLETIN 65

4.1. Health and Safety Limits: WAWLYN explicitly guarantees that all wearable and portable devices (Worbix, Wryny, Wyn Pad) have been subjected to rigorous Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing in accredited dosimetric laboratories.

4.2. Compliance Threshold: The devices conform to the FCC's localized SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue, ensuring safe operation when used against the head or on the body as directed.

4.3. LIMITATION OF ACCESSORIES: WAWLYN's SAR compliance is certified only with proprietary or explicitly certified WAWLYN accessories. The use of third-party metallic cases, unshielded chargers, or modified straps may alter RF exposure profiles, pushing the device beyond federal limits.

4.4. Indemnification: WAWLYN explicitly indemnifies itself against bodily injury, tissue damage, or regulatory fines resulting from the user's application of unauthorized third-party peripherals.

5. ISED CANADA (RSS-GEN) LEGAL DECLARATION

5.1. English Declaration: This device contains license-exempt transmitters/receivers that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada's license-exempt RSS standards. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause interference. (2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
